To all overseas students:
You should complete course registration or exemption by following “Guide to the system of Graduate School for International Students”. Scan the QR code to download the guide.
You had better use Google Chrome to translate the website.
1. Ensure that the courses in your study plan are available in this semester. If some course is unavailable, which meas the course is not provided by the school,you should select another available course into your study plan.
2. Course Registration
(1) The system for course registration and alternation will be opened twice：
① The first one is from 9:00 AM on Feb 24th to 6:00 PM on Mar. 1st.
② The second one is from 9:00 AM on Mar 11 th to 6:00 PM on Mar. 22nd.
(2) You must finish course registration or alternation before the deadline.
3. some courses are provided to both Chinese and overseas students at the same time, you may not find the time and classroom in the system due to the conflict in time and place. There are ways to check the time and classroom of courses:
① See the attached file “Timetable of 2023-2024(2) for Overseas Students” .
② Login onto the system, find the module of “Timetable Information ”,search by the course code and you can find one class of the course with the time and classroom.
* The information of courses in the attached file or in the system may be updated due to adjustments. You should follow the latest arrangement.
4. Public/Basic Course Exemption:
① The system for Public/Basic Course Exemption will open from 9:00 AM on Feb.24th to 6:00 PM on Mar. 8th.
② Do not register the public/basic course that needs to be exempted. You just need to select the course into your study plan in system.
③ After the deadline, the Graduate School will remind course teachers to approve exemption on line. At the end of March, you can check the result in the module “My Transcript”.
