In order to strengthen the management of the graduate training process and ensure quality supervision over the training process and in accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Measures for Process Management and Quality Supervision of Graduate Education at Southwest Jiaotong University, the 9th and 16th weeks of each semester are the "Supervisor Spot Cheek Weeks", and the 11th and 18th weeks are the "Spot Check Archiving Weeks". The spot check targets of this semester are all graduate students (including international students) in Grade 2023 and 2024, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

| The supervisor checks the completion of training links. 1. Check the progress of each graduate student's completion of each training link; 2. Randomly check the records of academic activities, research group seminars, and literature readings and reviews for each graduate student, with at least one record from each category checked. |
Week 10 & Week 17
| Nov. 4—Nov.8 & Dec.23—Dec.27
| Graduate students fill out and upload the summary form. 1. Take photos of the forms spot-checked by the supervisor and convert them into PDF; 2. Fill in the“Summary of Supervisor Inspections in Graduate Training Modules" truthfully, sign it by e-signature and convert it into PDF； 3. Combine the above PDF files into one and upload it to the system. |
